1980 CAL Yachts Cal 35 MK II The CAL 35 is a classic cruiser, designed by Bill Lapworth to be safe,  comfortable, strong and fast. The current owners cruised form San Diego through the Panama Canal to Southwest Florida.  Moonshine a documented vessel sails beautifully at any point of sail and is easily handled.  She can be a live aboard or long term cruiser that really can go anywhere!   Her sister ships are found all over the world.   Moonshine is solid, spacious (6 4 headroom) and comfortable with lots of storage.  Systems have been kept simple for easy maintenance.   The large lazarettes allow easy access to the  engine.  The Universal Diesel burns almost no oil and the large heat exchanger was professionally cleaned last year.   The boat has many recent upgrades, (refrigeration, standing/running rigging,  electric panel, etc)  and full maintenance records are available.   A complete inventory of spares is available upon request.  Roll-up inflatable dinghy and engine are included.

1987 Cal Yachts Sloop, Amici sleeps 4 adults in forward berth and on the two side settees. Marine type II head located under the forward berth. There is 5 gal fresh cold water tank with hand pump at small galley sink with room for small portable gallery stove next to sink. All running lights with AGM battery.I have used her for the past 10 years to teach beginning ASA 101 Basic Keelboat classes. I am in the process of replacing her with a new Beneteau First 22. She has been maintained in good condition. She will need some work on her teak and a good wax job. Ratherwise, she is ready to sail away. She is an excellent, fun, day sailer. Continually upgraded throughout the years. 3 AGM Batteries new 2011 along with Simrad instruments, Xantrex 1800 watt inverter, Pro Mariner battery charger and Victron battery monitor. ST 4000 AP. Wiring upgraded. Standing rigging replaced 2011/running rigging 2008. New harken furler 2013. Yanmar 24 HP 3GM-30F replaced in mid 1990s and rebuilt in 2009. Halsey main and jib in good to excellent condition (2002). Cockpit cushions new in 2012 and cabin cushions replaced early-mid 2000s. Holding tank new 2015. This is not a project boat - it is loaded and ready to sail away for adventures on the Salish Sea.Mercury 9.9 outboard, nearly new with very low hours. Electric start, electric tilt, two fuel tanks. Hull: Mertini was built in 1974 when they still built them strong and didn't spare the fiberglass. She is solid and fast. There is some surface blistering on the hull, not uncommon in boats of this era, but no encroachment, dry bilge.
