The overall condition of the CS 36 is good. The hull and deck looked good with no soft spots detected on the deck. The interior upholstery was found to be in good condition with NO rips or tears. The interior floor decking was found to be in good condition. The main sail was inspected and found to be clean and in good condition. The jib was not attached due to a halyard issue, said to be serviceable but may need replacement soon. The gennaker is clean and in good condition. Engine runs strong, slight trans leak. The 1981 CS 36 is a traditionally designed boat with pleasant lines and pleasant proportions. The boat has sleeping accommodations for up to 5, a galley, and a spacious cockpit for day cruising. The cockpit's large with plenty of bench seating with storage below opening hatches port and starboard. There is a cockpit table that can be folded and stowed. A Garmin GPSMAP 210 and a Raymarine Pathfinder SL70 are mounted at the helm. An Autohelm 5000 is also installed with hydraulic articulation. There are controls for the auto pilot in the cockpit and at the NAV station. The cockpit has a dodger, Bimini, and full side/aft Isinglass to completely cover the cockpit with screens. Below decks, you'll find a forward stateroom with a V-berth with a fill cushion for two. There is storage below the cushions with additional hanging locker storage. A deck hatch with a screen can be opened to provide ventilation. The enclosed head features a sink with vanity, a manual flush toilet, and storage cabinets. In the salon on the port and starboard side are a pair of settees. Each settee can be converted into a berth with storage below the seat cushion. A Nav station with an opening desk top is located to starboard. There is also the electric panel, battery switches and map reading light. Behind the Nav station is a single mid-berth bunk for one. The galley, located to the port, contains an icebox, gimballed stove/oven, sink, microwave, and cabinet and drawer storage. A stern swim ladder with an extension past the waterline makes it easier to climb back aboard after being in the water.

I found this boat to be very clean and well maintained. The cabin is free from clutter, dirt and odors. Upholstery, woodwork, and the floor are all very clean and attractive. Stock #260342 Beautiful Canadian Sailcraft 36 in great condition, well maintained! This 1984 Canadian Sailcraft CS36 Masthead Sloop is fully rigged and ready for cruising. She is also an exceptional daysailer. Her sail inventory is strong as is her running and standing rigging. Sailing gear includes a roller furling jib, rigid boom vang, main cover, and lazy jacks. She is powered by a Westerbeke diesel inboard engine which has been professionally maintained. Electronics include GPS at navigation station and cockpit, radar, autopilot and wind, speed, depth gauges. Two of her instruments in the cabin near the navigation station are hinged so they swing into the companionway making them viewable by the skipper at the helm station. The cabin is well appointed. There is a galley to port and a quarter berth to starboard. Forward of the nav station is a bench seat convertible to a double berth followed by storage. Forward of the galley is the salon followed by the wet head. The cabin is finished with a V-berth stateroom fully forward. 1981 Canadian Sailcraft CS 33 Tthis is a beautiful Canadian Sailcraft 33.  Allegro II spent the first few years of her life on Lake Champlain then was purchased by her current owner in 1988.  She has been used and well maintained since and is ready to go cruising.  A few of the highlights of this high quality boat... Construction Hand-laid, solid laminate hulls with fibreglass, box-beam floor members supporting the keel and hull are common construction features of CS Yachts. Down below Below decks, the CS 33 offers ample storage and true living comfort. The V-berth is 6’6” long with plenty of width. Storage is available in suede-covered fibreglass compartments directly above on each side and in dry bins underneath the V-berth. There are also sliding drawers made from solid ash with teak faces. The U-shaped galley comes standard with a two-burner propane stove with oven, a deep sink and pressure water (hot water along with the shower is an option). Above the stove there is ample cupboard space with Lexan sliding doors, so you can see what you have in inventory. There is a deep dry goods locker with a cutting board for a lid and a cupboard beneath a long drawer for cutlery.  The 6.3-cubic-foot ice box is big enough to accommodate a refrigeration unit with a deep freeze.   there is a full-sized chart table and large navigation station that incorporates a wet hanging locker beside it. Miscellaneous storage in this area is immense; There is plenty of room under the chart table to add a shelf and dry bin storage under the navigator’s seat. The quarter berth is an ample sleeping quarters for one adult.   Engine She has a twenty-horsepower Bukh diesel from Denmark.
