The boat needs some work and a good cleaning. The kitchen looks good and all the appliances are in good condition. Many updates have been done: - There's a new toilet in the bathroom (never used). - Both engines have been overhauled 3-4 years ago. - New fresh water system, new hot water tank, all new control cables. - Both Rudders are new stainless. - Brand new electric head. - New radio and antenna. - Only 2 year old Garman charting unit. - Both engines have had regular maintenance. - The props and shafts are new. - The deck was painted last year, but needs a fresh coat due to weather wear.
