Up for sale is a 1950 Chris Craft Special Runabout. This boat is in great condition for its age, and would be a perfect boat for a complete restoration. This boat has all the original hardware, good windshield glass, good upholstery, and has a fully rebuilt motor. The motor is a model K Hercules 95HP, which as stated above, has been completely rebuilt. I have all the paperwork and receipts regarding the rebuild from the previous owners. The bottom was re-planked a few years ago by the previous owners as well, and I have all that paperwork for it. The hull is in great shape, there are two minor places of rot above the water line and will need to be addressed prior to splashing the boat. All of the brightwork would love to be refinished although it could be used as-is. The trailer you see in the pictures comes with the boat, it is old and tired but should get you home (within 100 miles) . If you're traveling from a far distance I wouldn't recommend trailering this boat home, although that decision is yours to make. The boat has a clean and clear title, the trailer will come with a bill of sale. I can deliver for a fee! Up to 100 miles, no more than that.
