1966 Commander 41 Trimaran Corinthian
This is for a person who takes sailing seriously. Several of these have sailed around the world. How can you do that anywhere for $19,900.
Owner has lived on boat 23 of the last 30 years and obviously has taken excellent care of any needed repairs on his own.
In 1985-2000 this boat used to charter out of Key West and the Bahamas.
Corinthian trimarans were built exceedingly strong by hand layup in a single huge mold for all three hulls, and another mold for the entire deck. Hulls are solid fiberglass and the deck is cored with end grain balsa.
A total of 11 sleeping spaces and a ton of storage. Central A/C with separate evaporator/control for aft cabin. Two vanities with sink, 1 head and one shower all with hot water. Three hanging lockers, and office area and a 3 burner propane stove/oven.
In 2010 topsides were repainted with 2-part epoxy paint.
If your dream is to sail the oceans this boat will achieve your goal.
