Boat is in nice shape. Everything runs and works in it. Can use some cosmetic work and upgrading. It is live-able as is. 40' long X 12' wide, two OMC inboard 225 engines,(gas), Onan generator, swamp cooler, 11gal hot water heater, two 75 gal fuel tanks, I believe a 75 gal fresh water tank, a 35 gal toilet collection tank, full bathroom, (tub, shower, toilet, sink, medicine cabinet, large storage cabinet under sink), Inverter, solar panel, 42" flat screen TV in front room, 15" Flat screen in bedroom, Fly bridge, storage cabinets, bimini top, Fiberglass hull. Can be operated from inside cabin or fly bridge. Complete galley, two refrigerators, extra freezer, fully furnished. I have been through this boat front to back and it's solid.
