First, A corsair with a cuddy is a rare find, this one was professionally expanded, step down into 6'2" head room and plenty of room for two, making this a two stateroom boat. Second, COVERED LIVE ABOARD MOORAGE at a great location.  Close to UW, downtown, I-5 and Aurora. Mechanically maintained, these 305's purr, V Drives. Completely re-built the electrical system from the batteries to the DC Bus with 3x8D house bank and new battery charger. Complete canvas kit front to back. Water heater, TV, DVD, gas stove/oven, microwave, Fridge. She will do 20kts on plane. Most efficient cruise is 2100 RPM, 10 kts, 11 gph.  Big stereo installed on the party deck (bluetooth).
