Meet the "Katie Lewis," a versatile 1980 Custom 32 designed for commercial diving and perfect for various fisheries or as a sportsfishing. Recently updated with a newer Cummins engine costing $125K, this boat is in good condition and ready for new adventures.
This Custom performs well with speed up to 26 knots wide open, cruises comfortably at 17 knots. The high-pressure compressor for filling tanks is hydraulically driven by the engine.
This boat has a large deck area with 2 large fish cargo holds (3.5' x 7' x 4') and a hydraulic drum anchor.
This Custom is great for lobster, sea urchins, squid light fishing, and general sport fishing. She is equipped with a dive ladder and Bauer scuba compressor.
The navigation and electronics include a Garmin 4210 chartplotter, Garmin GPSMap 176C, Furuno autopilot, Lowrance HDS 7 chartplotter, and 2 VHF radios.
For safety there is an EPIRB (Emergency Position Indicating Radio Beacon), survival raft and high volume hydraulic Smart Pump.
The interior amenities include 3 bunks with a dinette that can be converted into a 4th bunk, a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and TV.
For additional power and energy are a 3.5 KW gas generator and a 2000 watt inverter.
