2000 Custom Skimmer 25,The Skimmer 25 is a boat for all seasons. Easy to trailer to "up north" in Summer, south in Winter, to distant lakes or coastal areas. Wildhawk is kept on a lift, only in salt water under sail. Shoal draft allows use of about any boat ramp. Center board up less than 2ft draft. Center board down 4.5ft. Designed by Reuel Parker, as a modern day "sharpie". Sheeping sheerline, low freeboard, chine hull, she's an eye catcher, stiff and fast. Wildhawk is rigged for single handled sailing with roller furling jib and single line main sail reefing. Great for solitary sailing but lots of room for four adults or more children in the large cockpit. Dependable diesel power for docking and when the wind dies.
