The twin 135 HP Mercury outboard engines provide adequate power to handle Hawaii's waters on the occasional sunset cruise. The flat bottom design also drafts just 3' of water. The upper level of the two-story boat is a spacious living area with a master suite. The bedroom has wall-to-wall carpeting, built-in oak cabinets and walk-in his and hers closets. The large bathroom is tiled with a full shower, Raritan marine toilet with wastewater treatment system and a single sink. There is also a lovely Jacuzzi tub with a waterfall faucet. As is evident from the photos, this main living area is spacious yet cozy and is perfect for full-time living or occasional entertaining. Your family or guests will enjoy the large screen TV, stereo system, 4-seater chaise-lounge sofa and the custom stained glass port holes. The galley is as nice as if not better and more spacious than many home kitchens in Hawaii. Appliances include a full-size residential GE refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, and microwave along with ample tiled counter space and storage cupboards. Adjacent to the bright, open living area is a very generously proportioned guest quarters, separated by a submarine-style water-tight door. The guest stateroom consists of a stand alone double bed and a built in double berth/sofa with loads of built-in wood storage and a custom entertainment center. The guest cabin connects to the upper level and master suite via steel steps. At the top of the steps there is another spacious bathroom with an enclosed shower. From the aft deck, a ladder leads to the wide open and beautiful full roof deck. Underneath the exterior aft deck there is a large lazaret/workshop. Vessel Structure Details: She is a multi-compartmented, welded steel hull shell w/ steel, timber, ply-FRP decks and superstructure. Concrete ballasting is cast in the hull shells below the cabin/superstructure soles. Her electricity systems are 12v/120v/240v with shore power and a separate generator. She was designed to be self-sustaining with 12 solar electric panels and a solar water heater but can also be connected to shore power. The current owners are the first and only owners, who designed and built this truly unique yacht starting in 1994. It took four months to craft the hull out of steel, then another year and a half to perfect the interior. She was completed in 1997. Don Stoddard is the marine engineer/architect and builder.
