1971 Hatteras 44' Tricabin Flush Deck Motor Yacht Belle O' the Bay is a one-of-a-kind, custom, two stateroom, two head, 44' Hatteras Flush Deck Motor Yacht. The master suite is aft, full beam width, which has a custom Tempurpedic KING size bed, and a large settee which doubles as a single berth, a private head with stall shower, three closets, dresser drawers, desk, and a TV. The guest stateroom is forward with two custom extra-long twin berths, it's own head with separate shower, full length closet, dresser drawers, and a TV. This classic yacht has been carefully restored and upgraded over the past 12 years. The aft deck is completely enclosed with custom canvas (new in 2013), a dinning table with six chairs, and a refrigerator. There is a lower helm pilot house with full electronics, and fly-bridge controls likewise. The salon is three steps down from the pilot house and aft deck.
