It will appeal to sailors that want to go fast around the buoys and those who want to go from point to point and have real comfort along the way. The J120 is a fast sailing machine. This design is a proven race horse of a thoroughbred. Actual ConditionThis J/120 suffered a lightning strike while in the water. The carbon fiber mast suffered heat damage, the electronics are damaged by the surge of current, and the hull shows signs of delamination in areas and approx. 20 exit wounds from the strike. There was no water intrusion and the interior shows well. The systems have now been winterized and the boat is available for inspection by appointment.
