She is in need of a little TLC, but is solid and runs fine. This would make a very nice live aboard or Florida Keys Condo, especially considering the asking price. The bottom was just painted in addition to, new zincs and oil changes. You could work on the boat while having a place to crash, party, fish and dive.So here are the details:This vessel has a full beam (15’) aft cabin with queen size bed, full bath (with tub), closet, TV, washer/dryer hookup, closet and plenty of draws, cabinets and storage. The forward cabin also has a queen size bed, bathroom with shower, head, closet, TV and plenty of storage.The kitchen consists of a full size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, 3 burner electric, stove/oven, double sink and a dinette that converts into another sleeping area. The salon is spacious with room for couches and furniture. The salon has lots of cabinets for storage and a TV hook up. There are lots of windows so it is bright and airy. All cabinetry and teak are in OK condition. There are signs of some water staining on some of the teak in the salon entry and aft cabin.The hull is solid with no blistering and just had a complete bottom job (September), including new zincs and the props reconditioned. The hull shines and is not chalky, but has some scratches. There is an upper and lower helm station. Upper helm cushions are trashed, but I saved them for patterns. There is a Bimini and canvas enclosure. The glass and canvas are in good condition. The dash gelcoat on the upper helm station is chipping. There is an 800# electric dingy davit with an 8' dingy included. The salon floor comes up in 4 big panels with lots of space in the engine room. I just replaced 2, 8D and 1 group 27 batteries. There is a brand new battery charger. The rear deck has a mini fridge and wet bar.Forward and aft cabin air is working and blows cold. The salon air is not working. The compressor/condensers are working but the blower motor needs to be replaced.All that being said, this boat is no cream puff. If you are a handy person and want to steal this boat at a great price; now is the time to act. This boat is being sold as is where is with no warranties expressed or implied.
