2001 Macgregor 26X Powersailer
This 2001 MacGregor 26X has seen limited use since 2012 due to lengthy family illness. 2009 Aluminum MacGregor trailer, lightly used with new tires. New mainsail with battens (never used), new jib. Blue Water Yachts steering brake, spare UFLEX Rotech steering assembly with cables. Mercury EFI four-stroke 50HP Bigfoot outboard. Larger diameter SS helm wheel, anchor roller and locker, mast raising system, two-burner Origo stove, improved galley storage, bimini and dodger.
2001 Macgregor 26X Powersailer
Because of the Centerboard and Flip up Rudder configuration, the MacGregor 26x draws about 18 of water making it great for inlets, intercostal, and going to the Beach.
With its Center Board and Rudders down, it performs well on modest seas in the ocean with substantially greater stability when the Ballast Tank is Filled.
Boat is located in Hampstead, NC at the Harbor Village Marina.
