He has been recognized as a true ledged of marine design utilized by the US military during WW II designing patrol boats, tugs, and towboats. Yet the Monk legend is connected more with classic power cruisers than with any other style of boat. This 1951 cruiser is a perfect example of his designs that provide luxury liveaboard features and sleek performance on the water.
