Good bay and safe offshore boat. 10,500 lbs, 4600 lbs ballast, 9.25 beam, roller furling genoa, asymmetric spinnaker. 25 HP Westerbeke diesel-good condition. Draft 4'2" b.u., 7.6" b.d.All sails are in good condition. Other equipment: Propane stove, 3 new batteries, 4 anchors, new cockpit cushions. Recent survey: no hull blisters, surveyor comment-"in some respects, boat better than new!"Boat is moored at Coconut Grove Sailing Club, Miami, FL. Owner in poor health and is forced to sell.
