1986 Pan Oceanic 38 (LOCATION: Winterport ME) The Pan Oceanic 38 is a cutter rig, aft cockpit, blue water cruiser. Designed by Ted Brewer and built by Pacific Seacraft Philippines.The aft cockpit Oceanic 38 features a open cockpit, pilothouse, and spacious interior that provides generous accommodations with one stateroom and two bunks in the pilothouse.The interior features teak bulkheads, trim and teak & holly sole. The 38 has a private stateroom with double berth. It is separated from the pilothouse by galley and salon. The salon has a facing settees with center table. Amidships we have the galley to starboard and an enclosed head with vanity and shower to port.This 38' Pan Oceanic has a Vetus diesel engine and requires some TLC before it is ready to sail.
