This 36 Pearson is a lot of boat for the money. She has had some upgrades to her electronics and is in over all sail-able condition. Her diesel runs strong, the sails are in good condition and there is an extra mizzen sail, an extra genoa and an extra main. The cabin floor needs attention but is sound and has no structural issues that we know of. She has always been in freshwater and has a full winter canvas and steal storage cradle are included in the price.
