1972 Pearson 35 The Pearson 35 keel/centerboard was originally launched in 1968 and was in production for over 14 years - with 514 hulls built she was a very popular model!  Built as a replacement to Pearson's very popular Alberg 35, the in-house designer Bill Shaw wanted a more performance oriented sailing boat that would also be popular in the shoal draft areas of the Great Lakes and East Coast. She was a great success at accomplishing this goal. Rampage has been on the Great Lakes all of her life in fresh water. An anchor windlass has been added, as well as a transom ladder. There are lazy jacks for the mainsail. Roller furling has been added, as well as a new waste tank. The fuel tank has been replaced. The toilet rebuilt. New Tic Tack electronics were installed. New interior cushions were added. A newer stereo was added to the inventory and a Delta anchor and chain. A bimini was added and there are jack stands for winter lay up. This boat has the great Universal Atomic Four gas engine that has been proven over many years and thousands of hours of use in thousands of sailboats. The hours on this engine are not known, but it appears to operate properly. Her hull topsides were professionally painted a few years ago and will only need some polishing. The cove stripe is in need of renewing. The decks were painted by the present owner a few years ago. The bottom of this boat has a heavy build up of paint. She appears to be structurally sound, but is not a new boat. You get what you pay for with every boat and this is a lot of boat for the money! Make an appointment to see her today!

1979 Pearson 40 When the P40 was introduced in 1977 it was loaded with features that broke the Pearson mold. The hull was balsa cored for strength and insulation, with a unique whale-shaped underbody and a deep centerboard. The hull shape was similar to Ted Hood’s centerboarders of the time. This boat only draws 4' 3" with the board up. The deck, however, is the P40’s most recognizable feature. It is a racy and sexy flush deck with built in anchor locker and very large deck hatches - great for working on deck or just laying out to catch some rays. Not only is the construction top rate, the interior finish is also much better than most Pearsons, with beautiful mahogany bulkheads and oak trim. The P40 is one of those boats that has fallen through the cracks of the used boat market, and that can work to the advantage of the used boat buyer, especially if they are in the market for a lively cruising boat. This Pearson 40 Flush Deck has a newer Yanmar diesel engine and ZF gears and has many recent improvements over several years, including the Leisure Furl Boom and Mainsail. The following were new in the last four years: Lifelines, standing rigging, Koto davits, hydraulic backstay adjuster, stern rail with gate, refrigerator, stove/oven, upholstrey, Harken electric winch, roll up inflatable dingy, 250 ft chain rode, hot water heater, whisker pole, anchor windlass, dodger, bimini and connector.  The bottom was epoxy barrier coated in 2000. Take a closer look at this Pearson 40'. Come and sail Cool Hand away today! She is presently in inside cold storage.

1971 Pearson 30 Bill Shaw designed the Pearson 30 to be fast, commodious and comfortable. She has a long waterline, reduced wetted surface, large sail area and high ballast to displacement ratio. She is a stable sailing boat, yet sails well to windward.  She has been very well maintained and shows nicely for a boat of her age.  Click on full specs for more details and photos.

1985 Pearson 36 Many knowledgeable sailors have praised this thirty-six Pearson design by Bill Shaw. She was designed by a man passionate about cruising and racing and his appreciation for comfort under sail and on the hook shows throughout. It might sound like an exaggeration to claim the 36 is more accommodating than many 40 footers, were it not for the proud and experienced owners who have said she exceeds the livability of many a 42! With 6' or more of headroom throughout, comfortable sleeping room for 6 and an incredibly efficient galley to feed the crew, it's hard to imagine living anywhere but aboard! The aft berth is queen size! The warm rich teak interior is inviting and she also has teak and holly cabin sole you could almost eat off of. The complete dodger and bimini will keep you out of the sun. A new custom winter cover was made in 2012, assuring complete protection during the off season storage on the hard. With her modern fin keel and spade rudder under-body, she can point high in to the wind and also track well in a following sea. Plenitude has been extremely well maintained and regularly upgraded and is ready for your summer sailing. She has spent her entire life in the fresh water of the Great Lakes. The current owner has enjoyed her for 14 years and is ready to pass a turn-key vessel over to the next excited owner.
