Overall this Pearson 303 is in very nice condition and has clearly been well taken care of. According to the seller, all mechanical and operational systems function as intended.
Hull is in very good condition with fresh bottom paint.
Cushions and mattresses are stored at the sellers home.

This Pearson 303 is a very capable day or coastal cruiser with room for five in her cockpit. Her high stance leaves you and your guests dry and comfortable. The deck is well organized with set up to have all lines leading to the cockpit allowing for her to be single or double-handed.
This Pearson has an 11-foot beam giving the vessel a surprising "big boat feel" to this nimble cruiser.

Sail inventory includes a like new Percision Sails full batten main and Genoa. There is a Harken roller furler, two #16 two-speed winches mounted on the mast, two #43 self-tailing two-speed, one #16 self-tailing single-speed, and one #8 single-speed, all in the cockpit.
The ground tackle includes a 25kg Delta Fastset with 5/16" chain and 5/8" three strand nylon line, an 13# Dandorth, and a Lewmar stainless steel horizontal windlass with chain/rope gypsy, a forward up/down switch, and a wired hand-held control in the companionway.
Navigational equipment includes a Garmin 1242 XSV multifunction display with 24 mi radar, chartplotter, fish finder, AIS targets, and autopilot controls. Garmin Reactor 20 autopilot, Garmin GMI20 displays for speed, depth, and wind. There is also a Ritchie magnetic compass and a Standard Horizon Matrix VHF radio.
