On the day of the photoshoot the sellers had just had it hauled out of the water to be cleaned. So the boat was not cleaned yet when some of the photos were taken. Very nice condition, no soft spots, no water damage or smells detected. Lots of upgrades. The sellers have owned it for less than a year, took it to the Caribbean and are taking a break from sailing. This Pearson has been well-maintained over her years of cruising! The seller has owned her for 4 years and has enjoyed sailing her. The boat was hauled 1-1/2 years ago and the bottom was painted. The centerboard was checked at haulout and given approval. The anchor light is inoperable and the VHF antenna needs to be replaced per the seller. The overall condition of the vessel is good for her age. Hull gel coat and decks were clean and in good condition. A few scrapes detected port side hull. Upholstery was found to be in good condition with no rips, tears or stitching issues found.
