1972 Pearson 35 The Pearson 35 keel/centerboard was originally launched in 1968 and was in production for over 14 years - with 514 hulls built she was a very popular model!  Built as a replacement to Pearson's very popular Alberg 35, the in-house designer Bill Shaw wanted a more performance oriented sailing boat that would also be popular in the shoal draft areas of the Great Lakes and East Coast. She was a great success at accomplishing this goal. Rampage has been on the Great Lakes all of her life in fresh water. An anchor windlass has been added, as well as a transom ladder. There are lazy jacks for the mainsail. Roller furling has been added, as well as a new waste tank. The fuel tank has been replaced. The toilet rebuilt. New Tic Tack electronics were installed. New interior cushions were added. A newer stereo was added to the inventory and a Delta anchor and chain. A bimini was added and there are jack stands for winter lay up. This boat has the great Universal Atomic Four gas engine that has been proven over many years and thousands of hours of use in thousands of sailboats. The hours on this engine are not known, but it appears to operate properly. Her hull topsides were professionally painted a few years ago and will only need some polishing. The cove stripe is in need of renewing. The decks were painted by the present owner a few years ago. The bottom of this boat has a heavy build up of paint. She appears to be structurally sound, but is not a new boat. You get what you pay for with every boat and this is a lot of boat for the money! Make an appointment to see her today!

1982 Hunter 33 The Hunter Cherubinis are some of the best Hunters ever built. They are stiff and seaworthy, giving their occupants safe and comfortable passages. This 1982 Hunter 33, Independence Day, is a classic John Cherubini-designed cruiser built for the consummate sailor.  On deck she features a T-shaped cockpit, pedestal steering, and a lazarette that is both a comfortable seat and a spacious stowage for gear. Stainless steel stern swim ladder and double lifelines are great safety features. Internal halyards led through built-in exit blocks, recessed mainsheet traveler, inboard chain plates. Below decks, a unique floor plan creates comfortable accommodations for six. There's an L-shaped galley, and a two-burner stove/oven. She has a fully enclosed head with sink, vanity, and shower. Independence Day needs some tender loving care on the exterior gel coat on deck and starboard side of the hull forward, where dock guide lines have chafed the starboard side at the stem. The interior is very nice indeed and does not need anything done. She's an exciting combination of quality, practicality, and performance. Ready to go sailing but not break the bank? Call us today to see this classic 1982 Hunter 33!

1977 Ericson 5101 The Ericson 32 is a Bruce King design from the late 1960s through the late 70s, when 475 of these great fin keel, spade rudder, (double spreader mast) boats were built. They were quite popular and did well in racing circles; cruisers loved them for their comfort and fast passages. Feothan is a two owner boat only and she has spent her entire life on Lake Michigan. This is a solid fiberglass hull with a cored deck. The hull and decks appear to be solid and do not have structural problems. She has no history of damage to the hull. The fore deck and starboard deck had some core replacement in 2012 by Torresen Marine, Inc. She is in heated storage and will soon be outside, with her mast stepped. The prop shaft and seal were repaired in 2012. The head, waste tank and all lines were replaced in 2012. The depth sounder unit was replaced and a Garmin chart plotter were all added in 2013. New main and jib sheets were installed 2 years ago and new halyards are to be installed this summer. Lazy jacks were recently installed for the main. The sails are original and are in good to fair condition. The interior cushions appear to be original, but are in good condition. The teak and holly cabin sole have minor cosmetic blemishes. There is a cold water manual pump in the galley and head compartments. There is an ice box that drains to the bilge. The engine is the original Atomic Four - it has received frequent service throughout its life, including annual oil changes. The raw water pump impeller was recently replaced. The carburetor was serviced recently as well. Come feel the breeze with Feothan! Check out this classic today!

1989 Sabre Mark II Sloop The Sabre 34 Mark II, a high performance rig, graces the sea with her still contemporary proportions and exceptionally spacious layout. She has been chosen as "Boat of the Year" by "Sailing World" magazine for the 27' to 38' size range. Her hull configuration is an evolution from larger Sabre models and she has the sea-kindly motion of a much larger yacht. Her fine entry forward and long run aft gives her a performance advantage whether club racing or cruising. The U-shape of the hull forward, full aft sections, and balanced rudder enhance performance and control when reaching or surfing. A tall, double spreader rig allows the Sabre 34 to sail close to the wind. Main and genoa halyards are internal.  Deck hardware is of the highest quality and positioned for tight upwind sheeting angles. The Lewmar self-tailing winches make tacking a breeze. Two sets of jiffy reefing, plus a topping lift and internal clew outhaul are located on the boom for easy access. Skippering is a pleasure from the cockpit of the Sabre 34. It is ergonomically designed for sailing efficiency and comfort even after extended hours at the wheel. Its T-shape allows full length reclining comfort with excellent functionality. A raised helmsman's seat doubles as an access hatch to a deep lazarette locker and offers superb visibility over the 36" wheel. One of two large storage lockers features a chart pouch on the lid, an interior locker light, and a folding step for easier access. The traveler, positioned on the cabin top, creates a safer cockpit with clear companionway access and excellent space utilization. Since 1998 this fine yacht has received quite a bit of care by her current owners. The overall condition is great! Moxie's exterior has had exceptional care and appears to be a brand new boat. The bottom, rudder and keel appear to be in great condition. She has a Westerbeke 27-30 hp 4-cyl model W-27-A with 1395 hours that runs great. She comes with very nice electronics including chart plotter, radar, depth, speed, wind direction, and autopilot, as well as a nice stereo system. The mast is keel-stepped and she has the performance fin keel. Moxie is well equipped for cruising and is very sea worthy and safe. Check her out today!

1982 Bristol 355 Wind Rush is a very nice example of this classic Bristol 35.5 design by Dieter Empacher of the Ted Hood design group. Produced by Bristol Yachts from 1978 through the late 1980s, the 35.5 model demonstrated that the art of building an affordable yacht with such features as a high level of quality, outstanding varnished matching-grain teak joinery throughout, and a real teak & holly cabin sole, was certainly within capability. Exceptionally strong, good-looking (to say the least) and well-appointed are watchwords to best describe the Bristol 35.5 and particularly Wind Rush. She is a well-found Bristol 35.5 deep keel. This Bristol 35.5 has the galley with the wrap around design and a double centerline sink.  Inspections and offers are both encouraged for Wind Rush. She is in need of some tender loving care as she has been on the hard for two years, but was in the water last fall and operating. Get excited about her today! She is a Bristol!
