Dream Catcher is a profesionally maintained 30 Catalina that is solid and in good shape. The pictures don't do it justices as the listing came to us just recently and the boat had already been put away for the winter.
her sails are in great shape (main in new in 2015) and the boat has always been in fresh water. She has a Universal diesel with 17hp and the hours are unknown.
