1984 Catalina 25 Pop Up, Includes trailer    Catalina 25 is truly an American classic and one of the most popular mid-sized sloops on the water today. Beginning in 1978, Catalina produced the C25 all the way through 1994. It’s a spacious, user-friendly family cruiser that could very well also be a weekend racer. This particular Cat 25 is configured as the shoal draft. The Catalina 25 has a shallow but comfortable cockpit. Steering is controlled by the tiller and stern-mounted deep rudder. The companionway is wide which makes stepping below a breeze, which is not always the case in small boats. Once below decks, you’ll find the interior is very spacious and user-friendly. The layout includes a V-berth forward followed by an enclosed head with port-a-potty. The saloon has two opposite settees and the galley is aft to port with a comfortable quarter berths aft to starboard, tucked beneath the cockpit; total sleeping accommodations for up to five. Power is supplied by the 2004 Honda 9 hp outbord motor. The Catalina 25 didn’t become one of the most popular boats ever built without good reason. It offers good sailing, comfortable accommodations, one-design fleets and active owner’s groups.

2002 Catalina 36 MkII The Catalina 36 Mark II garnered Best Value honors in Cruising World's Boat Of The Year Midsize Cruiser category because it impressed the judges with the high level of its execution at an inherently reasonable price. The boat is attractive below, airy and bright, with a sensible package of mechanical perks and workable accommodations. It is fun to sail, responsive and weatherly, with good control at the helm and an easily managed sail plan. The survey on this Vessel was $12000. I have added: 2 chart plotters, a new compass, Radar, a second depth finder, 3 bank Charging system, an AC system, Hailer, Auto fog horn system, Wind gauge, Roller furling. new Jib, and TV and TV accessories. The new additions are well over $6000 I am using Navionic chips which covers all the Great Lakes and the North channel. I taught Navigation at School Craft College for many years. I feel this is the best chart system on the market as I have the capability of setting up a safe water mark on the chart. So all water 6 feet and deeper is colored white and water shallower is blue. Boat and stand are on Drummond Island. It is buyer's responsibility to pick up here. This boat has 2 chart plotters. If you want a lower price, I am willing to sell it with one chart plotter minus the radar. this price can be negotiated.
