The seller lived on the Yacht for 17 years. Never used the generator but did replace the battery. Bottom painted March 2023. No musty or fuel smells. No soft spots were detected. Starts right up and runs perfectly. New Balmar 70 amp alternator with MC-614 smart controller. Blue Sea circuit breaker board with AC and DC ammeters. New 16000 BTU air conditioning with heat. New super-efficient refrigeration, new AGM start battery and 2 Group 31 AGM house batteries. Sails are in excellent condition. Navy Blue canvas in very good condition. The interior cushions are navy blue and in very good condition.
