1984 Beneteau First 32 The Beneteau First 32 was built in France, shipped over to the USA on a freighter to Lake Champlain in 1984. Then purchased and trucked to Lake Erie, it has only seen fresh water use. The Beneteau First series is designed for club racing and has a very nice interior layout for cruising with amenities not found on some racing type boats. This is a deep keel version with 5’ 10” draft which offers better pointing and solid stability. Summer Love is well known as a perennial winner in the local Main & Jib fleet. The reliable Yanmar 15hp diesel and folding prop is the proper auxiliary for a vessel of this size and runs as it should. It has a roller furler on the headstay, knot, depth and wind instruments along with a binnacle mounted digital compass. Wheel steering and good size cockpit for daysailing as well; the custom teak cockpit grate and teak seating is a nice touch! Beneteau’s are world renown for their excellent wood craftsmanship below and fine sailing characteristics. There’s plenty of storage space above and below for extended cruising should you wish to get a way for a while! Lots of boat for the money, a must see if you’re looking for quality in a nice sized package!

1991 Pearson 3GM30F Bill Shaw knew how to design boats that were sea worthy, fast yet comfortable. The 1991 34 is an example of these qualities. Her layout above and below decks is efficient  and stylish. This particular vessel has been well maintained and is well equipped, even for short handed sailing. Touches like: self tending jib, low combing cockpit, dinghy davits are just a few of the features both standard to the boat as well as owner added. Her wing keel provides a 4 foot draft for getting into those favorite yet shallow ports. She also features a 3- piece canvas winter cover. As lovely a boat as she is, she needs some woodwork on her teak and holly cabin sole. The owner has been re-located to the West Coast and is not able to get the work done at this time. She has been priced accordingly.  Please call our office to make an appointment to see this very desirable vessel.

2009 Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 39i The Jeanneau 39i has been one of the most popular designs to come off the desk of world renoweded naval architect Marc Lombard in recent years.  She is a very powerful sailing vessel well suited for bluewater sailing.  She has a shallow enough draft to also make her a great cruising boat for the Bahamas, Florida Keys, or Gulf Coast of the United States.   She has been used as a charter vessel in the Bahamas for the past few years, and is due to go through a full phaseout refit prior to closing.  The owner has contracted his own independent marine surveyor to oversea the phaseout refit.  She is the best value any Jeanneau 39i in North America. Due to her proximity to the United States she is a very easy boat to have delivered to the East Coast.  No need to travel all the way to the Caribbean to get this steal of a deal!
