The boat appears clean and well cared for, with natural wood accents on the exterior and nicely finished teak on the interior. In the last two years, the owner indicates the boat has received all new plumbing for the head, a new Raritan head, new Isotherm refrigeration components, an Isotherm 6 gallon water heater, a gimbal supported Enos 2 burner propane stove with oven, new house batteries, and new running rigging. The boat is powered with a Westerbeke 27hp 4 cyl diesel engine that has a closed water cooling system. Other features include the Max prop and the dripless shaft seal. According to the seller, all mechanical and operational systems function as intended. All cockpit cushions appear in good shape and no unexpected tears, holes, or stains were noted. There is also a 12 volt AGM battery (2022) for the windlass. Moving aft there is a starboard side head with composting toilet added in 2022, and on the port side there is plenty of storage. In the salon there are port and starboard settees in the main salon with a table that folds up against the forward bulkhead. All of the salon cushions were reupholstered in 2023 and look great. There are also fans and a 20" TV monitor added in 2022, new curtains, and all lights have been converted to LED. Aft, there is an L-shaped galley with a 2 burner propane stove and a Omnia oven. 1980 Sabre 34 MK1 The quality and flexibility built into the 34 Sabre is legendary. A good racing boat and a good cruising boat. This particular Sabre 34 MK 1 has been good selection of newer sails, a main, 150 Genoa, drifter, spinnaker along with a Harkin MKIII furler. The cabin has sleeping for 6, a galley with a 2 burner stove and oven, ice box and plenty of secure storage. The head does have a vanity and shower. The Volvo diesel has been maintained properly and does have low hours. In 2005 the bottom was re-done and now is Interlux VC-17. The Main sail was replaced 2006 and the 150 Genoa in 2003.
