She has a taller mast, large mainsail and fractional jib with swept back spreaders and NO runners. The original fin keel and rudder have been replaced with a bulb keel and a very high aspect rudder. The original spinnaker poles have been replaced with an articulating bowsprit which has the advantages of both a spinnaker pole and a bowsprit. She has a pedestal to drive the primary winches. She is VERY fast and much easier to handle. She is on her shipping cradle in heated storage and absolutely ready to go.

1998 Santa Cruz 52 Starship is a 1998 52' Santa Cruz in what can only be described as immaculate condition.  She was built in 1998 as the first cruising version of the 52 model.  The photographic file on her construction is included.  Her original owners completed a circumnavigation before the present owners bought her in 2009.  That year, they hired Steve D'Antonio to inspect her and then completed a major refit.  Starship has seasonally cruised the Chesapeake Bay since then, while her owners have maintained her to the highest standards possible.  Her sellers' work schedule keeps them from enjoying her as much as they would like, so Starship is now available for sale in Annapolis, MD.  If you are searching for an extremely clean and well-maintained cruiser/racer, don't miss seeing Starship.  Price reduced!

Mold and Tooling for 41’ Santa Cruz Coastal Flyer FOR IMMEDIATE SALE - asking $75,000 usd Sales at lifetimemarine.com  307 – 222 -3147  lifetimemarine dot com Description We are selling the mold and tooling for the Santa Cruz Coastal Flyer. The mold is in excellent condition. No expense was spared to keep the mold in its current shape. The trailer pictured here is not included with the mold.. The Santa Cruz Coastal Flyer has a top speed of 33 knots, cruises at 25 knots, and provides a range of more than 500 nautical miles with a fuel capacity of only 250 gallons. This David Gerr design combined with Santa Cruz Yachts' state-of-the-art construction achieves these results driven only by a single 420 hp Yanmar engine. This Yacht is far easier to control than a conventional twin-powered boat. The Coastal Flyer includes a Docking Joystick that integrates the bow thruster with a Hamilton 322 Jet Propulsion System so captains can turn the Flyer on its axis, move forward or back, and crab directly left or right with ease.   The Santa Cruz Coastal Flyer is available in both Pilot House and Soft-Top versions. The spacious open cockpit is well suited to cruising, fishing, or partying.   The Pilot House can be configured with ample seating for six at a large table which converts to bunks for two. Belowdecks the Coastal Flyer offers elegant accommodations for two, a generous galley, ample storage space, and an enclosed head with shower. The seakindly Gerr deep-V hull, with its powerful bow shape, maximizes the comfortable ride with minimum spray and motion even at top speeds.   Strength and durability are provided by Santa Cruz Yachts' cored composite construction using Kevlar and E-glass. This boat is designed for coastal offshore cruising and fishing, as well as gunkholing in inshore bays and freshwater lakes.
