The 312 Sedan was introduced by Silverton in 1993 as an affordable and stylish family cruiser, equipped with sterndrive power - a feature not commonly found in flybridge boats of the time. Built on a solid fiberglass hull with an integrated swim platform, the 312's interior is modest and functional, featuring a convertible U-shaped dinette made of chestnut leather. On the starboard side, a galley with a 110V/12V refrigerator, electric stove, sink, and ample storage and counter space is available. The forward stateroom boasts an angled double berth, a hanging locker, and privacy curtains. The port guest cabin includes over/under berths with privacy curtains as well. According to the owner, everything works as it should. The interior appears clean and in nice shape. There are no rips or tears in the upholstery that I noticed. The boat is currently on the hard. Ready for the water and an adventure. With a 13' 10" beam, the Silverton is wide and has plenty of room for a day on the water cruising or fishing, and stays for an extended period of time. The helm has plenty of room to entertain with a captain's and passenger swivel chairs and wrap-around seating also a great view. Walking inside, the salon with its built-in entertainment center and L-shaped dinette are to port and the Ultra-leather sleeper sofa opposite. Forward, the roomy midlevel galley features a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave and plenty of countertop room, hardwood flooring, and tons of storage above and below. An angled double berth is forward in the private master stateroom, and the midship guest stateroom to port has over / under berths. There is a good-sized full bathroom. This is a 1989 Silverton 37 Convertible. Its powered by twin Crusader 454 inboard motors putting out 350 horsepower each. Comes with a single-stateroom floorplan with a full-size dinette in place of a second stateroom. The salon is completely open and has large windows that create great natural lighting in the salon. There's a stall shower in the head, and ample room throughout. The cockpit is large for a boat of this size and the flybridge is arranged with guest seating forward of the helm. Powered with twin 350hp Crusader gas engines. The cruising speed is 18-19 knots with a top speed in the high 20s. Navigational equipment on board are a GPS, VHF, Furuno radar and a compass.
