1981 C&C 37 This classic C&C 37 is located in Newport RI. With a recently (2001) Awlgripped hull and new (2013) standing rigging, this C&C is oneof the more competitively priced models on the market. With enough winches (12) to make anyone's time on board that much easier this boat is rigged for anything. You can race her competitively or just enjoy the spacious cabin below and go cruising just about anywhere. Powered by a Westerbeke diesel that has always been well maintained, and the fin keel to make turning in tight spaces a snap, you should have no problem getting into (or out of) the harbor of your choice. Plenty of sail inventory too. Main, Jib, 150 Genoa and spinnaker for all points of sale and a Hood Sea Furl 2 for easy single handling, you are getting plenty of boat for your money. There's also a second standard Genoa available. Down below there is sleeping accommodations for 6. The galley with a 3 burner propane stove is to starboard and nav station and quarter berth to port. Looking forward a large dinette provides ample space for a good size crew. Further forward to port is the marine head and sink, with the large well cushioned V berth forward of that. There is plenty of storage room and twin Dorades for ventilation. She comes with shore power capability. In addition to all of the above you can save money over shrink wrapping with a Fairclough cover and frame. This is a great example of the design effort that went into this very popular cruiser/racer. She is shown by appointment only.

1982 Pearson 37 This 1982 Pearson 37 is located in Rhode Island with easy access from CT and MA. This is not what you would expect from a 1982 vintage Pearson 37. From 2000 thru 2003, Duck underwent a huge refit. The owner spent tens of thousands to make her extremely comfortable down below, where the sea berths were replaced with storage cabinets, including a TV, new electronics, (Radar, GPS, autohelm) leather upholstery and V-Berth cushions, cabin sole, all new interior lighting and wiring, Force 10 cabin heat, along with new galley and head counter tops and plumbing fixtures. A new Westerbeke 35c6 diesel was installed in 2003 and today has only 544 hours on her. On deck, the mast and boom were newly Awlgripped. All the sails were new in 1998, see Specifications page for details. Also new in 2014 is a carbon fiber spinnaker pole and bow sprit and Fairclough boom tent. See the Specifications sheet for more details, but if you are looking for a boat for cruising (or racing), and you want value for your money, this Pearson 37 is well worth taking a look. 1965 Kittywake 23 This KittyWake 23 is located in RI. The KITTIWAKE derived from the earlier SOUTH COAST 23, built by Kenner Boat Co for South Coast Sea Craft. In about 1965 South Coast took the molds and moved to a different location. A hull was left behind which Kenner cut up, enlarged by a few inches, and re-faired to make molds for the KITTIWAKE. Right now, this KittyWake has been sitting idle for over 14 years and was part of an estate sale. She had been Awlgripped and looks like she's never been sailed since. She looks like the owner had planned on a complete restoration and never managed to complete it. There's a new compass (never used) new vang (never used), new wiring and electrical panel. She comes with 2 masts representing both the tall and standard rig. The tall rig is brand new as you will see from the turnbuckles and the shrouds. There are 4 sails that come with it. 2 jibs, main and spinnaker. As a HUGE plus there's a really top notch 2005 Tri-ad single axle trailer that's worth about as much as the owner is asking for everything. For the sailor that is looking to spend a little time and energy scrubbing, waxing, sanding, painting and varnishing, you can have a classic sailboat that can provide years of fun for the family, and I'm guessing she'd do well on the round the buoys circuit too. There's no motor with this boat.

1982 Cape Dory 28 This 1982 28' highly sought after Cape Dory sloop is located in NJ. The Cape Dory 28 offers her owner more practical cruising features combined in one design than other yachts of her size ... features such as a self-tending club footed jib for effortless windward sailing ... a bowsprit that incorporates an anchor roller ... and a large 2 cyl. 13 hp Volvo Diesel that adds safety and dependability. These features, when combined with the famous Alberg full keel and moderate, well-distributed sail plan result in a yacht that is easily handled by a minimum of crew. Her hefty displacement of 9,000 pounds, and her long keel with attached rudder allow the Cape Dory 28 to hold her course in a seaway. These features mean comfortable motion, stiffness, and security to all aboard. Other standard equipment such as bronze opening ports, lightning ground system, bronze seacocks on all thru-hull fittings and solid bronze hardware, reflect the determination of Cape Dory to supply a cruising boat of the highest standards. She has 2 sets of sails, one that is 2 years old, the other set are the original sails. Many improvements made in the past few years: 2010 – Replaced both the mainsail and jib. Sails were custom made by John Eggers, Inc. of South Amboy. The receipt for these is in the boat records.2010 – Installed a dual bilge-pump system. The Water Witch switches were replaced in 2013 for Tefgel Ultra Pump Switches. This summer the primary pump has stopped working, this will be replaced.2010 – During the current owners first haul-out they removed most of the bottom paint, primed with Primacon and gave a generous coat of Interlux Micron 66.2011 – Replaced two batteries for Seavolt 650 and replaced the battery charger for a ProMariner, proSport series heavy duty unit.2011 – Serviced all Spartan seacocks. The seacock maintenance kit, purchased in 2011 is coming with the boat.2012 – Prepared and applied a coat of Micron 66 bottom paint.2012 – Treated the bow chain-plate in the rope locker with POR-15 rust inhibitor.2012 – Installed a Speedseal quick-change impeller system. The quick-change kit comes with the boat.2012 – Replaced the bob-stay after noticing cracks on the swag fitting. This was made by John Eggers, Inc.2013 – Replaced main and Jib halyards.2013 – Rebuilt battery box out of King Starboard.2013 – Full service of the head with replacement of the ball valve.2013 – Re-stuffed stuffing box.2013 – During the winter the wind-vane of the point of sail gauge blew off. They have bought a new vane but have not installed it yet. The new wind-vane will come with the boat.
