SERENDIPITY has been upgraded for long range cruising starting in 2006. Here are a few of the upgrades,45# CQR anchor with 270" feet of chain, 35# Delta anchor with 200' of chain /rode, Lewmar windlass, Whisker pole, Garuhaer fixed boom vang, new running rigging, Ullman 135 genoa, Ullman main with 3 reefing points, Kato dinghy davits, Dodger with new stainless pipe, Bimini with new stainless pipe, side and top curtains, cockpit cushions and helm chair, 85 watt solar panels (2), 135 watt solar panel, group 31 AGM start battery (2012), 4D AGM batteries (3) 2012, Furuno chartplotter and 2.5 radar, Raymarine autohelm (hydraulic,oversized),VHF mike and speaker, Garmin GPS MAP 441 with AIS (2010), Xantrex battery monitor, Icom SSB radio, Icom VHF radio, Glomex TV antenna and control, Xantrex 1800 watt inverter (new 11/16), remote WI Fi antenna, Frigoboat refrigerator/freezer, water cooled, Village Marine "little wonder" water maker, 160 GPD, Dickinsen "Newport" direct vent propane cabin heater, McMurdo Fastfind EPIRB, Revere 4 person Offshore Ocean life raft (needs inspection) and Abandon ship bag. As you can see she is well equipped for the Ocean.

SEA SCAPE has had her electrical system rewired and newer diesel engine put in in the past years. The Cal has a good reputation for being a good cruiser and racer. Her sail inventory is an 2008 main with two reef points and two full battens and two jibs, a 150 and 110. The decks have been painted and there are six new ports. For an older boat she is in good shape and looking for a young couple to take her on her next journey.

MARIAH is set up for cruising the Bay or Ocean. She will sleep 6 people (2 in the v-berth, 2 in the dinette and 2 in the aft cabin). There is one head that is aft of the forward cabin. The u-shaped dinette is to port with a settee to starboard, aft to port is the L-shaped galley with stove and oven, refrigeration, deep SS sink and good storage. There is air conditioning and heat that is run off of shore power. There are some items that go with the boat that I have NOT seen but told about and they are wind generator, solar panels, water maker and computer that has all the charts for the east coast (Map Tech). The boat is in the water in Cambridge MD.
