As previously mentioned she has been on the hard for about a year so she needs a little cosmetic attention. Most of the canvas looks serviceable but the dodger canvas and Isinglass will need some attention. Most of the running rigging looks serviceable but some of it will need cleaned as well. In the last couple of years there has been a new prop, complete rebuild of exhaust system with new hoses and muffler box, new fuel lines and tank polish (actual tank cleaned, not just a fuel polish; with access hatch added. No clogging fuel filters in rough seas!). In 2023 new impeller, transmission fluid change, radiator fluid change, new fuel filters. Oil, oil filters, and fuel filters changed yearly up to 2023. Stock #400476 Rigged for Single Handed Sailing!! Lombardini 30HP Diesel!! Only 600 Hours!! This 1983 Tartan T33 is a sloop designed and built to the high quality you would expect from Tartan. This design was first offered in 1979 and continued through 1984 with 220 boats built. Below she has standing headroom throughout the teak-trimmed cabin. There is a settee berth and a pilot berth to port and another settee with storage shelves to starboard. Combined with the quarter berth and the double forepeak berth this T33 will accommodate 6 comfortably. There is also a seat at the opening to the quarter berth and a large chart table that folds out of the way when not needed. The galley is to starboard of the companionway and includes a new gimbaled Eno stove and oven and a new Dometic cold plate for the icebox in 2021. The head is on the port side between the forepeak and the salon and there is a hanging locker to starboard. There is also a table in the salon that folds out of the way when not needed. On deck, this T33 includes a Selden furler (2018). Also new in 2019 were a new North Sails mainsail a 130 Genoa(Dacron), and new standing rigging (except for the backstay). The cockpit includes two Lewmar self-tailing winches and two 2-speed winches on the cabin roof along with 6 line clutches. Electronics include a CPT autopilot, a Ritchie compass, and an iCom IC-M56 VHF radio. The boat has 340 watts of solar power and two 100AHr lithium-ion batteries. Additionally, in 2019 the bottom got a complete blister repair of the hull and was finished using West Systems epoxy with 2 extra coats of epoxy barrier paint. This T33 has been on the hard since May of 2023, so the top side needs a good cleaning and probably fresh bottom paint before splashing. But it won't take much more than some time and some elbow grease to get her back on the water and riding the wind. This listing has now been on the market a couple months. 1989 Tartan 40 Remember the beautiful sailing vessels of not so long ago when Sparkman&Stevens was equated to gorgeous! Remember what boats were supposed to look like with fine entry, graceful sheerline, and trim transom, with a bit of tumble home in the round midsection. The Tartan 40 was designed and built in the late 80s as more of a cruising boat than her predecessor the Tartan 41 S&S designed IOR race boat! To this day, S&S vessels are the quintessential definition of beautiful sailing yacht. The Tartan 40 S&S design built by the old Tartan bears the pedigree. The Tartan 40 has earned a deep respect from sailors as a racer cruiser and, in our eyes she makes a fabulous coastal cruiser that can keep sailing when others turn on the iron jenny. If you are looking for a pretty boat that will turn heads and likely show her transom to a few other cruisers, you should really check this out. This is a boat that is fun to sail! With her fin keel she is responsive even in lighter winds; and as the breeze strengthens you'll appreciate her even more. She's got the displacement weight of just under 18K pounds with a keel centerboard and about 7600 lbs of ballast you'll sail nicely over the Bahama banks and deep into pretty coves here on the Bay. Sloop rigged with a tallish mast, well 60' and ICW happy. She has inboard and outboard jib car tracks providing the tight sheeting angles you'll need to point mighty high; This pointing ability along with the dandy centerboard is a delight when you are trying to get someplace. It's no wonder the Tartan 40 makes a great cruiser because she offers so much through all conditions. As a live aboard home, she's warm and comfortable with a classic teak interior that feels like a real boat. The two stateroom layout gives you all the room you need for cruising gear and guests. When you load her up, she just gets all the more comfortable. Our "Passion" is a sweet boat that is well maintained and loved like few boats. Her owners have enjoyed her for over 20 years and now with grandkids in the making they are ready for other things. 1985 Tartan 37 Center Board Sloop The Tartan 37 is one of the most successful designs ever built by Tartan Marine. Timeless lines, excellent performance, and a great layout highlight this Sparkman Stevens design. This boat can take you virtually anywhere -- her quality construction allows offshore capability, with the added advantage of shallow water access from the shoal draft centerboard. Starting forward is a large V berth with doors opening into the head and main salon. Next aft to port is the head, and across to starboard is hanging locker and storage. The Main Salon has settees port and starboard with a bulkhead mounted dining table. There are storage shelves and lockers to port and pilot berth to starboard. The galley is to starboard at the base of the companionway, with a two burner stove, oven, double sink, a large double ice box, and generous storage and counter space; across to port is the forward facing nav station followed by the large quarterberth. The interior and exterior teak is bright and clean.  The sole is teak & holly, and there’s plenty of standing head room.

1980 Tartan 33 Overall, the Tartan 33 is a well-built straightforward cruiser/racer, with good storage and simple, accessible systems, which will hit hull speed given the right conditions and an able crew. Comfortable enough for four on weekends, the boat will also deliver safe and secure long-distance capability for coastal cruising couples. She wins her share on the racecourse against some of the best in class and can be singled-handed with comparative ease. She has a new (290 hours) 29 hp Yanmar diesel that pushes her nicely through the water at 5.5-6.5 kts, cruise-loaded, usually burning half-a-gallon per hour. Blue-water capability is generally on the mind of a cruising sailor. Is the Tartan 33 designed to be blue-water capable? Yes, given the proper gear, boat condition, and an experienced crew. She has a 4.5 ft draft with a scheel keel suitable for the Bahamas and the Keys. She has just recently had a bottom paint and inspection.   She has a typical IMS club-certificate rating for the limit of positive stability of 119º - adequate for offshore work." In addition, She also has a deep, safe cockpit with drains, more than adequate handholds, and sea berths. There's not enough room for a 42" plasma TV but her interior has all the basics. Most find it more than adequate for a cruising couples. In reality, if a modicum of comfort is required, it's three-to-four adults and maybe two children. Headroom is adequate for a six-footer and the pull-down salon table will seat four and in a pinch five for dinner. She  just had a bottom paint job and inspection.  (May 1st. 2016)
