Per the Seller: The unit is very clean and has been very well maintained. The owner had both engines replaced with rebuilds, the port in 2016 and the starboard in 2022; and all the corresponding parts, new starter and alternator, of which the maintenance documentation is available by the marine shop that did the work. It is estimated that the current hours is 80 hours for port engine and 40 hours for the starboard since new rebuilt engines were installed. There is a small soft spot on the cabin floor next to the V-berth, where you step to get in and out of the V-berth. Seller will not be having this fixed, it will be up to the next owner. All the electronics are reported to be in working order. In the water at Beverly Port Marina (Beverly, M.A.) and ready for action. Looks and runs great! Sleeper cabin with sink, stove, refrigerator & microwave. New pump flush toilet with holding tank. Bottom was blasted last year and non fouling paint. Full enclosure top. New thermostats, water pumps, riser gaskets, automatic bilge pump, bilge blower. Approximately 300 hours on original engines. Very well maintained and very reliable. I am selling it because I don't have time to use it due to a busy business schedule. I will entertain serious offers and also might consider a trade for an S.U.V. of equal value. This vessel was appraised and is currently insured for $15,000.
