Nice 1985 CAL 35 Mk II Sloop Cruiser in good condition with recent upgrades. This CAL 35 Mk II layout includes sleeping accommodations for six in two cabins. Aft of the line locker is the forward cabin with vee berth and filler, a hanging locker, and a drawer bureau with a large storage shelf. Desirable diesel engines - Highly desirable 2005 Wellcraft 330 Coastal with diesel engines. Very attractive Wellcraft 330 Coastal is in nice shape overall and shows only moderate signs of use. Boat is well equipped to fish or cruise (or both!) This model was aimed at splitting the difference between a fishing boat and a cruiser, and it accomplished its goal exceedingly well. While the 330 Coastal has an open cockpit aft for angling, more emphasis was placed on the accommodations than is usual for an express-style fishing boat. The cabin is relatively large, with a full galley, an enclosed head, a dinette, and a full berth forward. A privacy curtain separates the forward berth from the main cabin, and there is also a convertible dinette. The cabin is clean and dry showing only minimal signs of age. The helm deck is also substantial, with dual bench seating at the helm and passenger's side. Fishing consoles are present both port and starboard, with a livewell and a rigging station. Other fishing equipment includes gunwale-mounted rod holders, under-gunwale rod racks, and twin fish boxes built into the deck. The boat is equipped with a wide swim platform and a transom door makes accessing the platform easy.
