1999 Catalina 36 MkII This Catalina 36 is in Fantastic Condition and feels like a much larger yacht. Her beam, generous cockpit, and open saloon give the impression that she is 40'. Yet she is priced much less than your typical 40 footer. "Minor Details" is nicely outfitted and represents a great value for both size and equipment. Current owner has made many upgrades and is the 2nd owner since purchasing in April of 2010.
