1961 Burger CPMY
Exquisite custom Burger Motor Yacht designed by Jack Hargrave and built for the Walgreen family.Originally part of the Walgreen Family fleet known as "Sis W", and built with a deep-sea-style-fishing cockpit. A Flybridge was added by Rybovich Spencer in 2000. She has 2 large salons, 3 staterooms, crew quarters and 3 heads. Completely restored between 1993 and 2003 she has Honduran mahogany, birdseye maple, and black lacquered highlights. Well kept, and shows beautifully.

Morgan 27 have been know as a Racer/Cruiser that out sails her favorable PHFR rating of 229 in cruising mode. UNPLUGGED has been many updated and has 85 watt solar panels to keep the gel house batteries charge. The engine battery (electric start) is charged with separate small solar panel. New head stay, 10' spinnaker pole, 30 amp shore power, 2 burner propane stove, insulated ice box, auto helm tiller controller, CDI roller furling, Huge sail inventory all in good shape, bimini top and new bottom paint 2016.
