2004 Stardust Custom CUSTOM HOUSEBOAT On The Rocks is located at Wahweap Marina on Lake Powell in the best slip available with an incredible view. This 75' X 22' custom houseboat comes equipped with a 632 fuel capacity, two 5.7 EFI engines with 170 hours each, a 4.3 MPI thruster engine with 57.5 hours, and two Westerbeke generators (one at 25 KW with 1328 hours and one at 22 KW with 180 hours). The lower level includes a King master bedroom, a full bath with a tub and shower, a Queen guest bedroom, an exercise room that has been prepped for a guest bedroom, a laundry room, an inverter room that has been prepped for bunk beds, a workshop which has also been prepped for bunk beds, as well as a mechanical room. The lower level was built with a 6'4" ceiling. The main level was built with an 8' fiber optic ceiling. The dining area features a cracked glass table and fiber optic lighting. Power by a single engine cummins FWC diesel/ 12.5 KW air cooled German generator with low hours. Yacht has bow thruster(needs solenoid) to assist with steerage. Boat has been refitted and inside and out with in the past 8 mos. Recent was pulled and bottom and hull completely stripped and re- painted. Have work orders. Inside completely recovered walls with new paneling and sealed or painted. Has central residential heat-pump system installed, large washer/ dryer/ two water heaters, new appliances throughout, dishwasher, range, refer. Galley up. Descend spiral staircase to sleeping quarters. 3 BR 2.5 bath. Two bath rooms below.1 Shower and one full tub. This boat has been use for a LAB. The motors have not been in operation for years. Needs fresh fuel and new batteries. They were run about 5 years ago. At that time they were serviced with all new oil/ filters, starter etc and reported to operate fine. Has new roof, 1400 sq ft conditioned living area. Bone dry, new carpet, cable in every room, 50 amp 230v service. Asking 65K. Partial financing possible.
