2024 Updates Include: Bottom job, thru-hulls replaced, hydraulic steering ram, pumps and updated lines and fittings, electric head in the aft stateroom, 16000 BTU AC unit and ducting, magnetic pumps for AC and generator intakes, and auto bilge pump. Sections of the toe rail have been replaced and other sections will need to be replaced. The stanchions are temporarily fixed where toe rail sections are not complete. The forward head is not plumbed. The forward waste tank is removed to make way for a sani system but it was not completed. The forward freshwater needs to be hooked up to the sink. The aft head, sink and shower are operational except the sump pump needs to be replaced. The replacement is on the boat and not yet installed. The bimini is not assembled and may need repairs. A representative from Pop has not seen the DeFever. According to the seller: full suite of Raymarine electronics, Vacu-flush toilet, reupholstered 6: cushions, a Magnum inverter partnered with 400 ah house batter bank, 5Kw NorPro generator that requires new wiring in the starter, Side Power Bow Thruster and her bottom has been barrier coated to resist osmotic blistering. A couple issues reported from the seller that may need to be addressed are: - The wires to the starter in the generator need fixing - The wire from the AC unit needs replacing (it works fine, but it's the wrong gauge) - The side thrusters quit unexpectedly sometimes Last haul out was April 2024 when the seller purchased it. The boat is currently on the hard having blisters removed and the bottom painted. 06/23/2024 Completion time is estimated at August 1st 2024. The boat shows its age and there are many cosmetic deficiencies. The engine hoses are not leaking but show their age. The boat is clean inside and out. There were no musty old boat smells or engine room fluid smells. The exterior handrail is very glossy. The teak decks look to be in good condition.
