The current owners have spent time and money updating and upgrading many features, in 2021 Bottom paint, water pump, through hulls, seals, and rudder glands re-packed. In 2022 electrical was updated and new batteries were installed. 2023 New bonding system, oil change, tune-up, and new belts. The hull and interior look good for the age. Gel coat and surfaces aboard the Luhrs are generally in nice condition. Isinglass has been updated as needed and all upholstery is intact. Bottom paint is current and the bottom is cleaned regularly. The Garmin electronics were installed in 2019, the owner confirms, and work very well. Both helms are fully functional with ignition, throttle, shift, steering and trim tabs. The boat is on the hard and winterized so it needs a good Spring washdown and waxing. All features function, but the original vinyl surfaces show the wear expected of a 1989 boat. The interior has been modified with additional storage jn place of a dinette. Stock #344657 This is a great example of the Luhrs Tournament 342! Ready to go for a great Summer! The Silverton 34 Sportfish Convertibles were one of the most popular boats they manufactured, and this example shows why. It has an extremely dry ride via a modified vee hull with a dramatic hull flare. The cockpit is large and deep with plenty of room for chairs or fighting those big ones. With 7 rod holders and 5 rocket launchers, all rods can be at the ready. This model has a custom-made, but removable, tackle center in the cockpit.
