This Charlie Morgan design is easy to single-hand sail! The boat has only been in saltwater for a year now, it was sailed down from Arkansas.
Down below has plenty of space for the crew to sleep. The galley is to starboard.
The seller has a full set of sails, age unknown, but in serviceable condition. The bottom was hauled and painted in October of 2022. The seller was oufitting the boat to sail to the Caribbean.
The Volvo Penta engine is 10 HP and runs well.

1973 Morgan Out Island 28
The 18 hp Atomic 4 gas inboard engine isn't running. It needs a new exhaust manifold before putting it in service. Has roller furling and bimini top (stored away). The sails are in good shape and also are stored away. Electronics-gps and autopilot. Head room is 6' 2". There is housing, sleeping and eating room for 6 adults. Hull condition has some rub rail damage and the deck condition is good. Her draft is 42" and her keel is fin with spade rudder.
