1978 Morgan 41 Out Island
This Morgan is located in Naples. Bothe the diesel motor and the generator are inoperable and this the price reflects accordingly. Owned and maintained by the same couple for years.
1978 Morgan 41' Out Island Model. i.e. 2 masts with a center cockpit and a walk-through to the large aft cabin. We call it our 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo on the water. A great live-aboard for somebody especially if he is machanically inclined. It has the upgraded 62 HP perkins engine (inoperable) which has to be rebuilt or replaced with a Yanmar 75 HP (about the same price as a rebuild.) Also the 7.5 HP Onan generator (inoperable) that has to be rebuilt or replaced. (Both are original equipment) Some newer things are ensuite bathroom, kitchen sink, faucets, air conditioning (16000 BTU). New batteries, bimini windshield, etc. The boat has a large drop in freezer and large frig. Electric stove, microwave, TV, etc
The sails are in fair to good condition. A couple of new water pumps (at 100.00 each) will probably be needed. Also the refrigeration will need to be recharged with more freon

The Morgan 41 is a good cruising boat for the Islands. She will sleep 6 in three cabins, 2 in the forward V-berth, 2 on the settee and 2 in the master stateroom.
