1989 Ocean Motor Yacht
Both Engines Completed Major Overhaul in October, 2010. this vessel is comparable to the other 53' Ocean Motoryachts currently available, with the added benefit of recently majored engines and complete exterior paint.
This yacht has benefitted greatly from an interior "facelift", as the majority of the softgoods; carpet, sofa, and interior appointments have been redone.
It has a 17 2 beam and she has the interior volume of a much larger yacht with a full beam Salon and a full beam Master Stateroom. The previous owner completed a full repainting of the yacht from bottom to top. This included repainting on the fly bridge and the aft deck. At the same time, new headliners were installed on the aft deck, the salon and the galley. New Eisenglass enclosures were done on the aft deck. She is the preferred Plan B model. She includes an aft deck seating area and allows for ease of line handling. It is a 4 stateroom yacht, each with its own ensuite head. The master has a centerline king; the VIP a centerline Queen; a double bed in the aft and bunk beds forward. The heads were done new to vacuflush type, each with its own pump. In addition, in 2007 the following new appliances were placed in the Galley: full size GE side by side refrigerator and freezer with water and ice door; full size GE range with self-cleaning oven and a GE dishwasher. The galley also has a microwave, instant hot water, garbage disposal and trash compactor. The vessel is powered by twin 735 HP Detroit Diesel, 8V92 engines and has a 15kw Westerbeke generator and 4 Cruise Air reverse cycle AC/heat units.
