Very clean, well maintained and cared for. I purchased this boat in 2007 from second owner and it is now time to move up in size. Pearsons are known for their quality build and workmanship. This is a very popular design and can be cruised or raced in comfort and easily sailed single handed. All pictures are current!

Your first impression of “Wickersham” shows a well maintained and nicely outfitted vessel. Her dark blue hull complimented by a red boot stripe is classic and eye catching, her topsides are impeccably maintained and the non-skid is fresh and secure underfoot. The toe rail is varnished teak and the lifelines are above knee height, which is comforting while both offshore and at the dock. All canvas, sail cover, dodger and bimini top are brand new, as is almost all of the running rigging which runs aft into the cockpit, ideal for short hand sailing but with a cockpit large enough for extra crew while racing or day sailing. For cruising she is equipped with a West Marine 8’ roll up dingy which can either be stored for passage making or hung from her davits over the transom. At the helm is a 32” Stainless steel wheel with a gray leather cover, Edson steering pedestal with a Richie compass and a chart plotter. There is also a new canvas cover for the binnacle to protect the helm and instrumentation. Moving forward under the dodger there are self- tailing winches and clutch breaks on both sides of the companionway allowing you easy control of all aspects of the rig including a two point single line reefing system, perfect for single hand sailing. There are two sets of companionway shutter boards, one with clear glass and a reinforced latch hasp and a second set which have mosquito screens for those nights when anchored in the Islands or Keys. The spare set has a canvas cover for secure storage below decks. Other cockpit features include a new instrumentation panel for the Yanmar low hour diesel and a large port lazaret that will easily hold your fenders, dock lines and even room for your rolled up dingy.

1988 Pearson 31-2 Wing Keel
This 1988 Pearson 31-2 is the 3'8" shallow draft, wing-keel version of this popular sloop that is small enough for daysailing and large enough and sea-worthy for comfortable coastal cruising.
Self-tailing Lewmar winches, quality Doyle sails, with Roller Furling 145% 2004 Genoa and 2006 Mainsail with Lazy Jacks, a Garmin GPSMap 440 color Chartplotter, Autopilot with remote, and a reliable and well-maintained Yanmar 2GM-20F 16hp engine all add up to a well-designed boat by Bill Shaw that has passed the test of time and perfect for the shoal waters of Florida, the Keys, and the Bahamas.
The Seller has owned Naueika'a since 2003 and has a complete folder of maintenance records and upgrades done over the past 13 years. She needs some new upholstery and a new Bimini, but if you want a well-built boat with many other quality upgrades that will continue to hold its value and provide many years of fun sailing; schedule your personal inspection today.
