The overall condition of the 2000 Rinker 310 Fiesta Vee is there is a little work needed.
The hull gel coat was found to have a mirror-like reflection but did have some damage at the bow and stern (pictured).
The cockpit upholstery was found to be free of any rips or tears. The cockpit carpet could use a cleaning.
The interior upholstery was found to be in good shape with no rips or tears. The salon carpet could also use to be cleaned.
The prop blades had some damage that would need to be addressed.

The 2000 Rinker 310 Fiesta Vee is a beautiful offering for the boater who's looking for robust seating for your crew in a well-laid-out cockpit, luxurious spaces below decks, and excellent handling attributes.
The cockpit layout consists of a U-shaped passenger seating next to the helm and an aft bench stern.
Behind the helm seat is a wet bar with a sink and trash compartment, The double-wide helm seat features bolster seating.
A windlass is provided to make setting and retrieving the anchor easy.
There is a recessed fold-down swim ladder along with city water and shore power hookups.
Moving into the cabin area to port is a sofa with a dinette table that converts into a two-person berth.
Forward is the V-berth master berth. It has storage cabinets on either side as well as storage beneath.
On the starboard side of the cabin is the galley area. The galley is equipped with a refrigerator, stove top burner, sink with faucet, microwave, cabinet storage and recessed trashed with countertop lid. Above the galley area is a mounted flat-screen television.
Also to starboard is the enclosed head. The head is outfitted with a marine toilet, vanity sink with faucet, storage above and beneath the sink, mirror, and stand-up shower.
A queen-sized mid-berth with a privacy curtain will sleep two. The mid-berth also has lighting and storage for gear.
In addition, there are portholes to either side which also assist in allowing in natural light.
Access to the foredeck is gained via the walk-through windshield. The foredeck has a non-skid finish with a high railing to provide safety.
The bow contains an anchor locker and windlass as well as a remote-control spotlight mounted to the bow rail.
This 310 Fiesta Vee includes a Bimini top with side, front, and aft camper canvas/glass to protect from the elements. There is also a cockpit cover included.
