1977 Rybovich Sportfish Re listed this one of a kind 48' Sportfish Rybovich. This boat was one of few that was manufactured with the fiberglass hull. She only drafts 3' 6" and is light on fuel useage. Da svidaniya has been captain and mate maintained. She is clean and ready serious summer fishing. 1958 Cubavich/ Rybovich 37' Dayboat One of 13 Cubavich boats ever made this was originally Luranita. (ex cookie, ex Diana). Pepin Aizcorbe was the builder of Cubavich and this was his personal boat. Known as a Cubavich, only 13 boats were built in the late 50s 60s before the Cuban revolution. At the time, Havana was a prime destination for American sport fishermen. In West Palm Beach the Rybovich Yard was building highly sought after sport fishermen boats. In Havana, there was an American businessman named Howard Anderson who didnt want to wait the two years for a Rybovich to be built. So, during a tournament in which one of the Rybovichs was on the dock and the owner otherwise distracted, the boat was hauled under cover of darkness, all its lines and dimensions copied, and the boat put back in the water with the owner no wiser. The local yard then built an exact duplicate with Cuban craftsmen. Thirteen boats were ultimately built with some design changes creeping in to respond to local conditions. Because of their design origins, they came to be known as Cubavichs. Most are practically indistinguishable from their Rybovich cousins. All of the boats made it over to Florida before and soon after the revolution. Unfortunately, Anderson was arrested by Fidel Castro and executed as a CIA spy. "Olianki" was originally Luranita. (ex cookie, ex Diana). Pepin Aizcorbe was the builder of Cubavich and this was his personal boat.

1964 Rybovich Sportfish SAM V is one of the last three of the famous Rybovich open cockpit day boats. This award winning vessel has been perpetually maintained to Rybovich standards. In 2013 at Michael Rybovich and Sons, the cockpit area was completely rebuilt to include teak decks, fuel tanks, larger exhausts, shaft tubes, live wells, and trim tabs. February of 2015 new half tower w/ LED spreader lights, search light & anchor light plus new Icom radio w/ master mic, new Furuno NavNet 3D 12" multifunction display, new Furuno Navnet 3D 6KW Radar. October 2015 was the start of the 370 HP Cummins install plus updating equipment , painting and rearranging items in the engine room which was completed summer of 2016. Seller has pampered this boat for over 16 years and has completed many upgrades which you will read in the following write up.

A major restoration was completed in 1989/1990 by Emil and Michael Rybovich. Cummins 330 engines were installed in 2016. The 37' Legend, hull #2, is the oldest existing Rybovich.

While the hull and structure were commissioned in 2007, the engines, major mechanicals, driveline, quad fin Naiad Zero Speed stabilizers, interior, and exterior wood was completed in 2012. Her C-18 Caterpillar engines have only 1450 hours.
