1979 Morgan Out Island 41 Great Sailing vessel looking for a New Owner. NOTE: VESSEL IS GOING IN FOR NEW BOTTOM PAINT IN A COUPLE OF WEEKS. CALL LARRY FOR A SHOWING APPOINTMENT. Boat has a lot of extra's listed below; Sails are as follows, Main sail is in very good condition, jiffy reefing, lazy jacks. Jib:150 on roller furling, Mizzen is near new. Spare sails are in fair condition. Main and jib on line ,furling w roller. Electronics include Ray Marine radar,C80 Chart Plotter and GPS installed in (2012) Automatic Identification System (AIS). Full ST60 Instrument package and VHF Radio. Notes: Generator upgraded 4 years ago, New Fresh and Raw water pumps with spare, Vessel has the waste pump out, All thru-hulls are Bronze. Rigging was inspected 4 years ago. Solar vents fore and aft. Most rigging (Rope) changed during the last 5 years. Vessel does have Hydraulic steering. The heat exchanger has been replaced and the original was rebuilt and is the spare. Dual electric fuel pumps were added( lets you clean the fuel).
