You should probably approach this project with the assumption that all mechanical and operational systems need to be repaired or replaced. The hull, decks, and standing rigging appear solid and serviceable with no soft spots noted. Most running rigging needs replaced. There is a mainsail, a mizzen sail, and a furling jib. There is also an unknown sail below. The condition of any of these sails has not been evaluated.
