The Bruckmann 50 MKII Hull #11
The MK II is a no compromise motorsailer. This Mark Ellis design offers performance and comfort that outpaces sailboats and trawlers in this size range.
With a 150 HP John Deere diesel this boat powers along at 9 knots. Reaching in approximately 15 knots of wind she will comfortably sail at 10 knots.
The Bruckmann 50 MKII can be driven from the cockpit or from the inside steering station which has 360 degree visibility and is comfortable in any weather.
The Bruckmann 50 MKII has an extended swim platform which provides additional waterline for better performance and additional storage and the possibility of stern thruster if so desired. With twin variable speed thrusters the boat can be made to have pod like maneuverability.
Mark Bruckmann is a second generation boat builder. The Bruckmann Yachts are built to a high standard of quality with modern systems and classic good looks.

1957 S.S. Crocker Catboat
"Sea Smoke" was designed by Sam Crocker and built by Bud McIntosh. She has a new diesel engine and a new mast. She is in good condition and has been stored inside.
1985 Camper & Nicholsons Sail

1966 Hinckley Pilot
"Lady Jane" is a fine example of a Hinckley 35' Pilot in excellent condition. She was repowered in 1995 with a new Westerbeke diesel and has under 600hrs on her since new. In 2010 she had all her sea cocks replaced, her hull was re-Awlgripped Majestic Blue, new Raymarine C90 GPS Plotter/Radar and a new Seldon Furlex Roller Furling Boom. The varnish was just taken down to the bare wood and redone in the last (2) weeks.

This Mark Ellis design has redefined the motor sailor genre and offers solid performance with 9 knot speeds under power or sail. Razz M' Tazz is a perfect blend of power and sail. She has the comfort of a trawler below with gorgeous mahogany joiner work. The inside helm offers 360 degree visibility and protection in any weather, and her single level cockpit and salon offer a huge area to entertain and relax.
The outside helm has the sail controls close at hand. She is rigged for short hand sailing with Leisure Furl Boom, electric winches, and roller furling headsail.
Razz M' Tazz has been thoughtfully updated by her knowledgeable owners. This is a balanced, swift blue water sailer with the advantage of excellent speed under power and amenities for comfort and luxury rarely found in a sailboat.
Entering from the cockpit the Salon is at the same level and connected through a sliding glass door. This becomes a large area for entertaining when the doors are open.
The Salon has a U-shaped dinette to port that converts to a berth. There are 2 comfortable barrel chairs to starboard.
Forward to starboard is the inside steering station with engine controls, electronics, bow thruster control and steering. There is a bench seat for the helmsman.
Cinnamon-colored Ultra Suede interior cushions. Herreshoff-style interior with white bulkheads and varnished mahogany trim and locker doors. Varnished teak and holly cabin sole (re-varnished 2013). The level of finish, quality of hardware, and attention to detail is first class.

2003 Bruckmann Bruckmann 50
ALLIANCE is a customized Bruckmann 50 with a two stateroom layout and lovely mahogany interior. She is a proven passage maker and has travelled from New England to Florida several times.
She has many custom features including granite counters, ultra leather upholstery and an office that converts to a third sleeping area. There is great headroom throughout the boat with over 6'9" in the salon area. ALLIANCE is offered by her original owner.
1986 Pan Oceanic 38 (LOCATION: Winterport ME) The Pan Oceanic 38 is a cutter rig, aft cockpit, blue water cruiser. Designed by Ted Brewer and built by Pacific Seacraft Philippines.The aft cockpit Oceanic 38 features a open cockpit, pilothouse, and spacious interior that provides generous accommodations with one stateroom and two bunks in the pilothouse.The interior features teak bulkheads, trim and teak & holly sole.
