The Regal 2465's overall condition is good. It was very clean, and there were no offensive odors.
The speedometer is not working, and it was diagnosed as a pickup issue.
The upholstery is clean with no tears, cuts, or stains.
There is some dock rash, and it appears that one of the cleats has been pulled out, and the hole has been covered with tape.
The boat bottom has been painted and looks very clean.
The engine room was clean, dry, and oil-free.
The marina replaced the engine block in July 2021 because its service department failed to winterize properly.

The Commodore 2465 provides the comfort and features typically found in much larger boats.
When you board from the swim platform through the transom door, you see a well-appointed wrap-around lounge area with a removable table, cup holders, and gunnel storage.
The wet bar is on the port side. It has a stainless sink and cooler storage area. Next to the cooler storage, you have additional door storage and your waste can.
The helm has a bolster seat and a full array of gauges, including the speedometer, fuel, volt, trim, water temp, oil pressure, and a digital depth gauge.
To the left of the steering wheel, you have toggle switches for the blower, bilge pump, navigation and anchor lights, courtesy lights, windshield wiper, and the windlass anchor.
Additional convenience items include radio controls, a VHF Radio, a 12-volt power source, and a Humminbird Fish Finder.
The Salon has a full galley with a microwave, refrigerator, and an electric cooktop. You have a second removable table in the V Berth with wrap-around seating. You can accommodate overnight guests by converting the V-Berth into a sleeping area and in the large Aft Berth.
The salon is cooled by air conditioning while on shore power, and you have a large head/shower.
