Stock #275080 1947 Stephens 38' Sedan powered with Twin Ford Interceptors Oak frame hull with cedar construction. The deck is plywood fiberglassed with non-skid. The cockpit deck is mahogany. Entering the salon from a port side mahogany door places you in a comfortable salon area with a couch/hide-a-bed. The rich varnished interior is very bright with large windows providing passengers and helmsman with good 360-degree visibility. With the helm station to the port and chart table to the starboard, the open companionway down to the galley lies in the center. A large booth-style table to port with bench seating and galley to starboard provides a cozy and comfortable area for meals. Forward is a large head to starboard with the owner's cabin in the bow. The year and hours of the Westerbeke 40 are unknown and it was last serviced in October of 2020. The Sails and standing rigging are said to be 13 years old or less. The mast was last varnished in October of 2020 when the bottom was painted. This Paul Luke has been well cared for and will make her next owner proud. Stock #234171 32 Foot Sloop, built by Acclaimed Builder Paul Luke in Booth Bay Maine. Born in 1912, and Retiring in 1994, Paul Luke built a lot of High-Quality boats over the years. The Friendship 32 design was one of his most popular sloops. Her hull is built of longleaf yellow pine on an oak wood frame and she was built for all sailors to enjoy. She's 35 feet overall with a 10' beam and a hull speed of approximately 7 knots. WIth her sloop rig, she has the mainsail, jib, and a drifter sail. The Cockpit is huge, allowing for all your guests to enjoy the day on the water. In the cabin, her galley is aft with an icebox, stainless steel sink, microwave, and Chamberlain Coal/Woodstove. (There is a Coleman type gas stove for summer use. A settee to starboard and port allows for a sleeping capacity of 2. Toward the bow is the head with vanity, hanging closet and storage for gear, etc. Per the seller, she's an easily sailed vessel, steady and sure-footed.
